Bob's career in the field of planning spans 35 years. He approaches each project with creativity and a strong intent to meet and exceed the client's expectations. The Planning Field is changing rapidly to address the changing needs of our communities. While financial viability remains an important consideration in all projects, increasingly, sustainability, impact on the environment, the health of the community and the individual are key aspects of successful projects. Clark Consulting Services was created to give Bob the freedom to take on projects that he found interesting and challenging as well as work in an atmosphere guided by the principles of honesty and integrity.

Jennifer Current
Senior Planner
Jennifer Current is a graduate of Queens University and has worked in the field for 10 years. She and Bob worked together at Totten Sims Hubicki Associates in Cobourg for 4 years. When Bob founded Clark Consulting Services he was searching for professional staff with integrity, intelligence and ingenuity. He knew that Jennifer would complement his vision for the company. Jennifer is currently a provisional member of OPPI.

Jacqueline Mann
Senior Planner
Jacqueline Mann holds a Masters in Urban and Rural Planning from Dalhousie University (formerly TUNS). She is a full member of OPPI and a Registered Professional Planner. She has experience in both the public and private sectors and has worked throughout Canada (in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Alberta, and Ontario) and in Brazil. She has an interest in environmental stewardship and policy. Jaqueline joined CCS in 2008.

Hugh Stewart
Senior Planner
Educated at Napier in Edinburgh, Hugh Stewart came to Canada and joined the Ministry of Agriculture's Food Inspection Program as an inspector and manager. Years of Project and Program Management within most areas of Ontario followed. Opportunity knocked and he changed careers to continue his skills as a project manager and to include skills of Land Use Planning for Clark Consulting Services in 2001. As a Land Use Planner, Hugh now works between the two offices in Kingston and Port Hope. Spare time is spent in rehearsals and on stage singing and acting in community choirs and drama groups.

Sandra Hubbs
Planning Technician/Cartographer
Sandra joined CCS five years ago as a planning technician and cartographer. She has worked extensively on our design projects and works closely with our senior planners and clients. Sandra is a graduate of Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough.
Lori Chard
Office Manager
Lori has been with the Clark Consulting Services team for six years. It's her voice you'll hear when you call our offices. Lori has extensive experience working with clients, ensuring that the lines of communication with our professionals are always open. If you have any questions regarding your project or our firm Lori will source the answers for you or direct you to someone on our team who can.
Dayna Taylor
Planning Technician/Cartographer
Dayna Taylor graduated from Trinity College School in Port Hope in 2008. She recently finished her second year at McMaster University, where she is enrolled in the Arts & Science program. She began to work at Clark Consulting Services in 2005, assisting with computer maintenance on weekends. Dayna now works with CCS from May to September as a Planning Technician.
