CCS prepares planning documents such as Official Plans and Zoning By-laws for both our public and private clients. We have prepared new Official Plans, and Official Plan updates. We have prepared new Zoning By-laws and Consolidations for Zoning By-laws. In preparing amendments we seek to provide documents that honour the planning decisions while adding new policy and regulations to recognize new uses or approaches.
